Recovery doesn't have to
feel like starting over.
● About
Moving freely shouldn't feel impossible.
That persistent stiffness slowing you down? We understand. Chronic pain and complex conditions can make everyday movement feel exhausting. But getting better shouldn't be a battle.
At Aquatic Therapeutics, we believe in a better way to heal. We take the pressure off your joints and calm your nervous system. By combining the soothing support of warm water with expert strength conditioning, we help you rebuild your physical capacity. You are in safe, experienced hands.
Because your recovery should be as
unique and individual as you are.
A Seamless Path to Strength
Water-Based Therapy
Water takes the weight off your joints.
Led by our founder Lynda Keane and her team, our aquatic sessions utilise the AquaStretch technique alongside the principles of Bad Ragaz, Watsu, and Ai Chi.
The water's natural buoyancy allows your body to find intuitive movement, restoring lost flexibility without sharp pain.
Exercise Rehabilitation
Once (or if) your body is ready, we transition your care into our fully accessible gym.
Andrew and Sam, our Masters-level Sports Rehabilitators, use targeted evidence-based strength training. to ease you back to normal movement against gravity.
They have personally overcome debilitating injuries. They know exactly how to guide you safely back to your favourite sports, hobbies, and daily routines.
